TOWN OF GREENFIELD, NH
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Greenfield NH Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, November 21, 2013 at 5:30 p.m. in the Meeting Room at the Town Hall,
7 Sawmill Road, Greenfield NH, pursuant to the provisions of RSA 231:163 and RSA
43:2, for the purposes of considering amending all existing pole licenses to
include language regarding taxation pursuant to RSA 72:23.
The hearing is being held to determine if it is in the best interests of the public
good to amend the pole licenses so that they are consistent with the property
taxation statutes (RSA 72:23)
